Performance
UniServer achieves highest processing power with the new AMD Opteron processor for Socket F (1207) family, all Quad core & dual core, and four DDR2 DIMM sockets per processor. UniServer is the industry leader in offering the highest memory capacity in 2 way processor server configurations.
Scalability
Four DDR2 DIMM sockets per CPU, gives UniServer users an easy upgrade path to higher memory capacity as performance demands increase. Up to 2 SATAII drives supports.
Availability
UniServer is equipped with many features to maximize its up-time. Hot swap HDD do not require system shutdown for replacement. Built-in RAID 0, 1 on SATA II drives ensure continuous disk I/O. Dual Gigabit NIC ports on PCI-E bus can be aggregated for NIC fail-over and twice the throughput.
Manageability
Server Dome, Uniwide's own IPMI 2.0 based server managed suite can manage single or multiple UniServers at remote sites. Dedicated BMC service processor built-into every UniServer allows in-band and out-of-band server control, including hard and soft server reset, power up and shutdown. Server Dome is a full-featured management suite, that is Java based, thus, it is host independent. Furthermore, it's monitoring capabilities include temperature, fan, voltage and system health monitoring, OS level alerts and system monitoring, disk I/O, network I/O, memory usage, event logging, resource utilization the list goes on and on.
Reliability
With thousands of first generation UniServers deployed through-out the global market, UniServer lives up to its reputation as one of the most reliable AMD Validated Server platform in the market. The result of innovative design, where each component was carefully designed to fit together, is a first class fit and finish that operates extremely cool and quiet.
Value
UniServer delivers high value by cutting down time on testing, validation, integration, deployment, management and maintenance. No other server platform offers quick and easy of ownership and control. Furthermore, four DDR2 DIMM sockets per CPU allow users to use lower capacity memory modules while achieving same capacity, saving substantially on cost of memory.
