Scaling from 2-way to 4-way CPU configuration
is done by adding a CPU & Memory board(only

Simultaneous support for PCI-Express (up to three)
and PCI-X slots (up to four) can accommodate various
add-on cards to meet the I/O demand increase on
as-needed-basis.
Availability
UniServer is full featured, highly available server
platform. Most commonly failed components such
as HDD, PSU and fans are hot swap, redundant.
In the case of SATA devices, RAID 0, 1, and
0+1 is a standard feature. Dual PCI-Express Gigabit
Ethernet can be aggregated for increased throughput
as well as fail-over.
Manageability
When in comes to manageability, dedicated BMC
with IPMI 2.0 and ServerDome remote management
suite plays a critical role in differentiating
UniServer from other server solutions. Both in-band
and out-of-band deployment, monitoring and management
is possible for critical status such as temperature,
fan operation, resource utilization, and power
supply. ServerDome is even capable of hard reset,
shutdown and power up of single or many UniServer
platforms.
