Uniwide Technologies, Inc., (“Uniwide”) Standard
Limited Warranty gives you, the customer, expressed
limited warranty rights from Uniwide, the manufacturer.
Uniwide also provides a fast on-line technical support.
A quick trouble shooting prior to any return may
save a tremendous amount of cost and time. Please
access the supports@uniwide.com
Attention: Any warranty package purchased from a
party, other than from Uniwide Technologies, Inc.
or its approved affiliates, cannot be applied in
addition to the standard warranty as expressed in
this policy. Please consult with the originator
of such warranty package. For the list of approved
affiliates, please contact our RMA department. This
warranty information does not apply to OEM products.
In order to provide you the best service, please
read the RMA Return for Repair Policy below:
This Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
is required to ensure proper tracking and handling
of returned material at the factory. Do not return
any hardware until you have received an RMA number.
It is imperative, that return product is packaged
in its original packaging, or equivalent, to ensure
protection from shipment damage. In addition, please
include all manual and software that accompanied
the product. UNIWIDE Technologies, Inc. reserves
the right to refuse shipments that do not have an
RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to
the shipper via collect freight.
Claims filed under the standard warranty will be
repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of UNIWIDE
Technologies, Inc. |
